Dr Felicity Gerry KC Assists Westminster Inquiry into Joint Enterprise

Dr Felicity Gerry KC appears as counsel assisting the Westminster inquiry into joint enterprise. The first hearing on 6 February began the collection of evidence from CPS, academics and practitioners on the controversial approach to complicity that allows multiple people to be prosecuted and punished for the same crime.
